Unfortunately just downloading the Tor Browser bundle and double clicking the .exe in the uncompressed folder is not enough. You have to change the boolean value within the if statement in the start-tor-browser file. It needs to be changed from a value of 0 which is true to a value of 1 which is false and keeps the if statement from executing. Then you need to give the user root file ownership of all folders and sub-folders within the main folder. Right click on the main uncompressed folder and right click and select open in terminal. That will open terminal in the directory you want without having to use the cd command to navigate to it. Then just type "chown -R root *" and hit enter.... and that's it. It should be working now.
